Information on this website is general and may change as Australian migration laws, policy and processing arrangements change. It does not assess your individual eligibility or replace advice about your circumstances. Check current Department of Home Affairs requirements before making visa, study or travel decisions.
Free enquiry calls and paid consultations
A free 10-minute call identifies the nature of your enquiry. Migration advice and eligibility assessments require a paid consultation. Consultations are Monday–Saturday, by appointment. Fees are confirmed before booking a paid consultation.
Your migration agent and engagement
Migration advice is provided by Meloney Kumar, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 2519048. Submitting an enquiry does not itself engage migration services or confirm an appointment. The scope, fees and conditions of any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
Decisions and time limits
Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, and review decisions by the relevant review body. No visa outcome is guaranteed. Processing times are indicative, not promises. If you have a refusal, cancellation or deadline, seek advice promptly; sending a website enquiry does not extend a legal time limit.

Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. Engagement, payment and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the separate service agreement.
